As we all try to navigate through this pandemic crisis, I want you to know that I value each and every one of you and have been praying for you every day.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for trusting Sanderson Auto with your automotive service needs for the last 35 year and for years to come.
I thought I would give you an update on what is going on at Sanderson Auto. We are OPEN for business and we continue to operate our normal hours Monday - Friday 8AM – 5PM with our full team here to assist you in all your automotive needs.
As always, we make it very simple to get your vehicle serviced with free pickup and delivery service.
If you need to come to our office, you are very welcome, but a few changes have been made for the protection of everyone. Our waiting room is temporarily closed. We encourage you to use our key drop box near our front door even if we are here. After dropping off your keys, we can communicate via phone, texting or email. If you need to enter the office, we have installed a plastic shield at the front counter, and we have been sanitizing after each guest. Our shuttle service is still available, but we are limiting it to one guest per ride and the shuttle is being cleaned/sanitized between each ride.
We have also just added a text to pay option for your convenience.
If you have any questions, please call and we can help plan for your situation.
My promise to you is that we will take every precaution for your protection and the protection of all our team members. We will also be using sanitation guidelines for your vehicle before and after your vehicle is serviced.
I know these are uncertain times, but please don’t put off vehicle services. We want to make sure you have a dependable vehicle during and after this unprecedented situation.
