I called to make an appointment, they said come in Wednesday. I ask when, they say they open at 8. I arrive a little after they open. I drop off my keys and go do some other things. 4 hours later, I check how it's going. They say they haven't even started it, but I'm next. Fine. I waste another 2 and a half hours and check again. They still haven't started it but they say they will now get someone on it. Funny they were able to get someone on it that exact moment. At this point, I've had enough and ask for my keys so I can leave and for them to move the vehicle blocking me in. The pushy sales guys ignore my request and tell me to sit down and they will start it. I have to complain to a third employee to actually get my car. Every other mechanic I've been to understands an appointment isn't a "drop off time". If you don't follow appointments, says so, and don't take them. The new mechanic I went to after this had a set time for my car to be worked on.
Once again I apologize Erik. We did not communicate what time your car needed to be done by. The technician I had slated to look at your car ran into issues with the vehicle in front of it. I was chomping at the bit to get your car in as I felt it was taking way too long. You're right, at that moment another tech did open up, and he was able to get it in and we still had time to get your car completed that same day. If time is of the essence, a free loaner or shuttle ride home would have been great. And yes, I don't really take appointment times unless someone tells us they'd like to wait for it. We were unaware of that aspect. We are used to people dropping their car off for the day and we work each vehicle through, sometime switching technicians to be more efficient with that time. I'm sorry we failed you in this instance and I hope you got those rear brakes done. If you consider us in the future, don't hesitate to get a loaner if one is available or a ride home to make the process more enjoyable. And also thank you for having such great patience. Have a great weekend
