I have been using Sanderson for almost a year now. The shop we previously used suddenly closed. The shop closer to home was ok and we really wanted to give work and our money to a local business, but the options have changed and now you have to pay a premium to be apart of the "list" of customers. The first time I contacted Sanderson they did an oil change for me. Their prices are pretty much inline with everyone else and the customer service is 100 times better. The next time was worse, I kept smelling gas and there was gas dripping from the vehicle, as well as now the vehicle was acting funny when I started it. I called and they had someone pickup the vehicle from my work. When I got off work, I walked down since it is only 3 blocks from my work. They had the fuel tank dropped and showed me the part that was rusted out. The price was a shock, but I am confident that it was still inline with everyone around, plus Mark gave me the keys to his truck and filled it with gas so I could get home that evening. When I picked up my truck the next day, I knew I needed gas, without looking, I stopped to get gas and was shocked to put in $15. I thought oh no, then I looked at the gas gauge and it was practically full. Thank you Mark and the team at Sanderson. I love you guys. Ill be back soon to have my snow tires put on the car!!!
